Flossie L. (Reynolds) Couch

In humble submission to the will of God, Park Funeral Home sadly announces the passing of Mrs. Flossie L. Couch, age 87.

Flossie Couch was born on March 15, 1932 in Crestview, Florida to the late Bartow and Ola Reynolds. 

She answered the call of her Lord and Savior on April 28, 2019.

 Flossie loved the Lord and was a member of Evelenar Baptist Church for many years. Flossie never had children of her own, but was instrumental in the upbringing of several of her great nieces and nephews. She loved them unconditionally and they were a great source of pride and joy to her.

Flossie’s love for her brothers and sisters was at the forefront of her existence and she was always there in times of their need. 

Flossie loved to cook and her delicious meals were legendary throughout the family. Due to failing health, Flossie lived the latter years of her life at Crestview Rehabilitation Center where she became a staff favorite. Never one to shy away from the spotlight, she added a vibrant atmospheric spirit and entertained her fellow residents with rousing late-night renditions of her favorite hymns.

Flossie will be greatly missed by her loved ones and all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her brothers: James Reynolds, Otto Reynolds, Nathaniel Reynolds, Roosevelt Reynolds, James (Artiss) Reynolds and Jerry Reynolds; sisters: Minerva Livingston and Lilly Harrison.

She is survived by her brother Ray Reynolds of Crestview, Florida and numerous nieces, nephews.
