Mr. Henry Lee Murphy was born on August 15, 1967 in Willacoochee,  Georgia to David Womack and Jesteen Murphy.  He later moved to Crestview, Florida. He is survived by his brother Theodore Murphy of DeFuniak Springs, Florida; devoted friend Catherine Parks and others.
