Mr. Claude Randolph departed this life on May 4, 2021. He was born December 25, 1948 to Ross Goode and Ruby L. Randolph in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Along with his parents his siblings, Ross Goode, Jr., Francis Goode-Jones, Steven Berry and David Craig Goode preceded him in death.
Mr. Randolph attended Tivoli High School and graduated in 1967 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. A year later Mr. Randolph joined the United States Army and served faithfully for 24 years. He was promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant.
October 6, 1972, Mr. Randolph married the love of his life, Bonnie Gail Steglich and remained married for 48 years.
Mr. Randolph received his Associates of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1995.
Mr. Randolph was a great fisherman. He would sit and fish all day and come home and ask Bonnie to cook fish every day. He loved his family and friends. No matter where he went, he never met a stranger. His jokes, laughter and since of humor would always fill the room. He was full of wisdom and knowledge.
Mr. Randolph loved the loved the Lord with all his heart, soul and mind. In December of 2017, he joined Everlasting Word Church under the leadership of Pastor A. Russell Hughes. He served faithfully for over 3 years. His favorite song was, “Something About The Name Jesus” by the late Bishop Rance Allen and the Rance Allen Group.
Mr. Randolph leave a lifetime of memories with his devoted wife of 48 years Bonnie Gail Steglich-Randolph; his children: Delton (Rachel) Goodman, Denise (Elder Sensei) Brandy, Julia Randolph, Claudia (Keenen) Randolph, Michael (Raegina) Randolph, Brian (Britney) Randolph, Alicia (Christopher) Dixon, Christopher Randolph; twenty-one grandchildren; four great grandchildren; siblings; Richard Randolph, Theodis (Aster) Randolph, Mable Randolph, Evan Randolph, Maryetta Randolph, Lynette Randolph, Annaniza Randolph, Phyllis Bonney, Rosa Randolph, Carolyn Goode-Brimage, Theodius (Evelyn) Goode, Valeria Goode-Johnson, Persefnese Goode-Godette, Flossie Goode, Yola O’Neil; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, the Everlasting Word Church Family and friends.
