Michael Jones

Mr. Michael Jones, the son of Willie Lee Jones and Catherine Jones, was born Wednesday, September 19, 1956.  He was born in Flowersview, Florida.

He moved to DeFuniak Springs, Florida at an early age where he was loved by family, friends and community. He attended the ARC school at the Tivoli School.

On Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the Chautauqua Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Michael completed his earthly journey.

He was a joy to all who encountered him. He was a loved son, brother, and uncle.

He was preceded to glory by his father, Mr. Willie Lee Jones and mother, Mrs. Catherine Jones; a brother, Larry Jones; brother-in-law: Lewis Ray Henry; other family and friends.

He leaves to mourn four siblings: Gloria Henry, Marquetter Brown (husband, Joseph Brown), and Mary Jones all surviving siblings of DeFuniak Springs, FL; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
