So very sorry to know of Mr. Bennie's passing, another fine neighbor, gone. (We lived around the corner from one another since the early 70s, although I'd moved away in recent years.) Ms. Anna was my Art teacher @ Maude Saunders Elementary, and made a great impression on me. She imparted such a sweet, sweet spirit, and I looked forward, every day, to getting to spend time with her during our class time. I would continue to seek her out and visit with her after moving into their neighborhood years later. Both of these fine folks are missed. Thank you, Bennie and Anna, and thank you to the families for sharing such fine folks with me.
